Return & Cancellation Policy

Please inspect your order in front of the courier at the time of delivery. If you find any damage or defect, you may return the product to the courier immediately on the spot — no further steps needed.
If you are unable to inspect the product at delivery and later discover it is damaged or defective, you must:
Claims without an unboxing video or submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Before shipping: You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us via email or phone. A full refund or credit will be issued.
After shipping: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is still possible, but you will be required to bear the delivery charge incurred. The product amount (minus delivery charge) will be refunded once we confirm the return.
