Return & Cancellation Policy

Checking your product on delivery

Please inspect your order in front of the courier at the time of delivery. If you find any damage or defect, you may return the product to the courier immediately on the spot — no further steps needed.

If you discover damage after the courier has left

If you are unable to inspect the product at delivery and later discover it is damaged or defective, you must:

  1. Record an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
  2. Email the video to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Claims without an unboxing video or submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Return conditions

  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/defective goods.
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or altered are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once the product has been delivered correctly.

Order cancellation

Before shipping: You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us via email or phone. A full refund or credit will be issued.

After shipping: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is still possible, but you will be required to bear the delivery charge incurred. The product amount (minus delivery charge) will be refunded once we confirm the return.
