Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you may request a return.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and product photos.
  • Once your return is approved, you may send the item back via courier or drop it at our office (return delivery charges may apply depending on the case).

Non-returnable items: Personal care products and clearance/discounted items (unless defective).


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may apply for a return after receiving the product.
  • If you cancel an order that was prepaid, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
