• Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, location, or public holidays.
• Giggle is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Customers are encouraged to read those policies before placing an order.

7. Customer responsibilities

• Customers must inspect their order in front of the courier at the time of delivery.
• Any damage claims must be supported by an unboxing video and reported within 48 hours.
• Misuse, tampering, or modification of products voids eligibility for returns or refunds.
